For this cabernet, they select grapes from three blocks in the highest parts of the vineyard and from the oldest vineyards, planted in 1997. 80% of the wine was aged in barrels for a year, and the rest, in stainless steel tanks. They have respected the fruity expression of the Colchagua cabernet here. There are red fruits, herbs, and firm, tense tannins, but that's because the variety's genetics demand it.
