Achieve the perfect cat-eye with Pixi's Cat Eye Ink in Intense Black. This liquid eyeliner is designed with a unique slanted felt tip that allows for foolproof precision, whether you're drawing a thin, subtle line or a bold, dramatic flick. The highly pigmented, waterproof formula glides on smoothly to deliver intense black color that is long-wearing, non-feathering, and fade-resistant. Gentle on the skin, this eyeliner is paraben-free, fragrance-free, and has not been tested on animals.

- Slowly guide the tip along your lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Then angle the tip from the outer corner up toward the end of your brow and press to create the perfect cat eye flick. Connect to the lash line and fill in.
