The 2021 Chardonnay Amelia hails from the Quebrada Seca Vineyard in the Limarí Valley and was fermented in Burgundy barrels, 10% new. Green with yellowish sheen. The nose features green apple and pear notes along with ginger snap and herbs over a faint layer of cedar. Lean and fairly creamy in the mouth, the taut, refreshing acidity and pinch of salt make for an alluring flow.
