Cooking in San Germán Puerto Rico is a Gourmand World Awards first prize recipient in the Latin American cookbooks category C-14. The book, first published in 1979, was again published as a second edition in 2019. The recipes were developed by two home cooks who loved to cook and feed their families and friends.
