The murder in mysterious circumstances of Doctor Jannie de Villiers, a well known liver transplant surgeon, in Cape Town South Africa in 1993, sets in train an epic adventure for his son. The folder also documents South Africa's cooperation with other nations in the development of nuclear weapons, and its involvement in the development of germ and chemical warfare agents .This discovery causes Christian and his newly discovered half sister Isabella to become targets for the National Intelligence agency, who fear information in the folder may embarrass foreign governments. While trying to work out what to do with the folder Christian and Isabella are imprisoned by a secret white supremacist group intent on utilising the genetic research to re-establish a White homeland in South Africa.
