Sourced from organically grown grenache (70%) and syrah (30%) that come together here to produce a lovely, soft-textured wine that's flavourful and well structured. The nicely layered flavours are mainly dark fruit, and they're balanced by well-calibrated acidity that has an attractive edginess. There's a little grip left in the tannins, but they are essentially resolved. It's drinking very well now and will hold another six years or so. Score - 92.
