Dominique Piron created Maison Piron in 1988, enabling the business to buy in grapes, significantly increasing its reach - a process accelerated when Julien Revillon joined in partnership in 2013. They currently work about 88ha of vines. This wine comes from vines averaging at least 60 years of age, some likely more than 70.
