Teresa Basile (Argentina) es Profesora de Enseanza Secundaria, Normal y Especial en Letras, Licenciada en Letras con orientacin literatura latinoamericana, Doctora en Letras por la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educacin de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), y Magister en Letras Hispnicas por la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. Es Miembro del Comit Cientifico e Investigadora del Centro de Teora y Crtica Literaria y se desempea como Profesora en la ctedra de Literatura Latinoamericana II de la UNLP. Es miembro fundador e integrante del Comit directivo de la Red de Investigacin: Violencia y representacin en Amrica Latina y de la Red Acadmica de Docencia e Investigacin en Literatura Latinoamericana Katalay. Directora, junto con Enrique Foffani, de la revista Katalay: Revista Crtica de Literatura Latinoamericana (2005-15).~Teresa Basile (Argentina) is a professor of Secondary, Normal and Special Education in Arts, Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Latin American literature, Doctor of Arts from the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), and has a Mater’s Degree in Hispanic Letters from the National University of Mar del Plata. She is a member of the Scientific Committee, a researcher at the Center for Literary Theory and Criticism, and also works as a professor in the Chair of Latin American Literature II of the UNLP. She is a founding member and member of the steering committee of the research network: Violencia y representacin en Amrica Latina (Violence and representation in Latin America) and the Red Acadmica de Docencia e Investigacin en Literatura Latinoamericana Katalay (Katalay Academic Network for teaching and research in Latin American Literature). Together with Enrique Foffani, she is the director of the magazine Katatay: revista crtica de literatura latinoamericana (2005-15).
