This book is aimed to two categories of readers. One is for those who are suffering emotional disturbance and are seeking ways to learn how to release emotional disturbance and therefore achieve self healing. The second category will be the therapist or people who would need to learn the techniques taught in the book in order to help perform healing for those patients or relatives/friends who are suffering the emotional disturbance.
