Energy Mindfulness For You is a non-fiction book for youth ages 6-12. It describes simple ways to connect to our natural life-force energy and use it to benefit ourselves and others. A short meditation assists the reader to join with nature with love and compassion for all. The author calls it "Reiki Love," a word used by her grandson Samuel at the age of seven. Samuel described it this way: "Reiki Love, is like a ghost. You can't always see it, but if you focus, you may feel it."
