In and prove their demands before the 1st day of April, 1861, or failing to do so that they would be excluded from the benefit Of the decree to be made in this cause. Under this order a large number of claims has been pre sented. Many of these claims were not disputed, and hav ing been proved in the usual way are allowed. Upon others, questions are raised which require the adjudication of the Court before a final settlement of the estate can be effected.
