The 2020 The President's Blend was produced with 85% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah, mostly from El Indio and San José in the Valle de Uco, and matured in barrel for 16 months. There is a pungent note in common with the 2020 MEG, which is no surprise, as it has a lot of grapes in common. It has 14.2% alcohol and integrated acidity. It's minty and balsamic, faintly medicinal with some chalkiness and a textured palate with fine tannins. It was bottled in February 2022. Drink date: 2022-2027. Score - 93.
