Description: A non-oily micellar water, effectively and effortlessly cleanses the delicate eye area, face, neck and décolleté removing makeup, oil-residue and skin impurities caused by environmental pollutants. Combining soothing aloe vera and moisture-binding vegetable glycerin, this rinse-optional formula’s gentle cleansing action leaves the skin feeling clean, refreshed, and hydrated.  Directions: Use a cotton pad and apply evenly over eyes, face, neck and décolleté. For the eye area, gently trace a fresh pad over each closed eye, working from inner corner out, over upper lid and top lashes. Then, for bottom lashes, work from outer corner in, just beneath the eye. Use as many cotton pads as necessary, repeat until all makeup is removed. Rinse with water if necessary.
