Finding Peace after Abuse shares my journey as a survivor of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. Through faith in God, I have been able to let go of the past and find peace within myself. I spent too many years letting the past control my life. There were times I struggled with my relationship with God. Life was always in turmoil. Finally, I needed to find closure with what was holding me back from finding happiness. I had to focus on rebuilding me so I could have contentment and peace. As you read my story, my hope is to inspire and encourage you to know, through faith, you can get through any challenge you might be facing.
