Foss is a 60 year old woman diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. She is initially very shocked. But when she looks back at her life with het autism knowledge, she starts to understand more and more about herself. It brings her peace and relaxation, no more unconscious masks. This is a partially autobiographical book, which is also very recognizable for younger women.
