Fred's cat Rick is behaving very strangely. They're both on vacation, in Vancouver, with Fred's grandmother. Rick is going out all night and when he comes home he doesn't want to play and he's not interested in his food. Gran, Fred and his two friends decide to follow Rick on his nightly prowl.
