Frenchy is a ferret who has big dreams of traveling the world. He lives at the end of a canal where he watches a fishing boat sail down the canal into Great SouthBay on Long Island's South Shore. He has visions of the boat going into the Atlantic Ocean, sailing to foreign shores. His friend, a muskrat named Monz, hasshared a picture magazine featuring places like Spain and Greece.
