As an expectorant and cough suppressant (antitussive) to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage Adults and children 6 years and over: take 2 capsules every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day
For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single capsule at least 30 minutes before departure and, optionally, every 4 hours as needed
Do not exceed 6 capsules a day.
