Goodbye Moon, Hello Sunshine, was created by Sunshine Huntin, during a period of time when she was suffering from undiagnosed PTSD. After living for years with extreme episodes of anxiety, fear, insomnia, grief and paranoia that consumed most of her daily life. Writing poetry allowed her the ability to release her pain and redirect her focus onto moments that embodied her life with more joy and hope for a better future. Giving her something she could grasp onto during those dark moments of pain. A life preserver in an ocean of drowning emotions.
