Failure to check in by this time will result in immediate automatic disqualification, and your spot will be released to waitlisted players.No exceptions will be made.  Waitlist Process Due to high demand, waitlisted players will be admitted based on a physical first-come, first-served system: Waitlist numbers will be distributed at approximately 5:30:00 PM at the store. We will not tolerate any kind of "spot holding", "cutting in line", or likewise. MyPops Markham staff reserves the right to disqualify anyone on the waitlist for reasons that disturbs the organization and peace. At 6:50:00 PM, we will begin filling vacant spots that have opened up from disqualified successful players.  We will call waitlist numbers in order (#1, #2, etc.)If a number is not present when called, we will move to the next number Our goal is to begin the tournament at 7:00 PM.
