Brian and Robin Mitchell have been married for fifteen years, and seem to have the perfect life. Brian is a successful plastic surgeon, while Robin is blessed to be a homemaker and is able to stay home and raise their wonderful son, Elijah. On the outside, everything seems fine. However, behind closed doors Robin has been battling a long and abusive relationship with Brian. Nothing ever seems to be good enough for the "good" doctor, as he taunts and teases his wife consistently about her weight.
