Now mages are a rarity in a society that relies heavily on magic to function. When Eleri-herself magicless but ever fascinated by it-learns that even the little magic left is starting to disappear from the world, she makes it her mission to find out why. Driven by the urge to help, she sets out on a journey that will take her all the way to Gryphon's Keep, where the Elders regulate the use and study of magic with an iron fist. Drawing inspiration from the classic Arthurian myths to create a new story, Heir Presumptive is a light-hearted adventure; one about magic, friendship, and finding one's place in the world.
