After my retirement, I tentatively began writing short stories, which expanded into poetry, a medium that I enjoyed reading, and still do. My poems are the result of a lifetime experience and continue to this day, finding day-to-day expressions. As I have discovered, one's life is the basis for writing poetry. The poems in this book represent twenty years of thinking and a lifetime of experience.
