Fernando Manuro is the richest man on the planet, but like all evil megalo-maniacs, he desires world domination and he has the means to do it; he’s a master hypnotist. He has already started hypnotizing world leaders, including POTUS, to go to war with their neighbors. Manuro owns munition manufacturing plants all over the world and he sells weapons to both sides. To offer ‘world peace’, he demands the UN make him President of the first world government. Only one person can stop this mad man from becoming dictator of Earth, an eighteen-year-old high school graduate, who happens to be a natural hypnotist.
