About the Author Sarah Travers has followed her curiosities turning hobbies into vocations leading to the labels, artist, educator, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, yoga instructor, facilitator at Total Being Reset, and program development manager at Wild Bear Nature Center in Nederland, CO. Through her writing or facilitated programs, her goal is to create joyful experiences that build healthy relationships with ourselves, each other, our environment, and concepts like “I don’t know.”
