This illustrated novel is about an evangelist of India named Mocha, who tells his life story, how he went from faith in Christ as a boy to becoming a teenager with flaming Communist ideas, putting him at odds with almost everyone. Through the prayers of his Christian parents in their native state of Kerala, he was able to return to the Jesus who loved him so much, who put out the political flames in his heart via heaven's fire department. His realigning with Messiah led him to his calling: to travel throughout India, preaching the gospel. In the process he found out about suffering on a new level and learned about what God was doing in other parts of India. The successes and failures of his spiritual sojourns morphed into a chance to come to America, where he found that the God of India is also the God of America.
