• Waterproof, smudge resistant, up to 24hr wear
• Gel cream formula for smooth application
• Soft & easy application
• Ophthalmologist tested. Do not use in eyelids
• To advance tip, gently twist bottom of pencil to the right until pencil point is advanced to desired length for use.
• Apply along lashline, as close to lashes as possible, starting from inner corner of eye working outwards, and repeat below the eye.
• For an intense look, intensify the lines on the outside corners of the eye, top and lower lines.
