"Just the Two of Me" is the story of Dan Corbett, a middle-aged man who made his mark in New York advertising agencies but was lured to Detroit in the mid '90s by big money and a hefty title. The new position soon proves to be extremely taxing. Away from his wife and family he succumbs to longing and lust, falling hard for a troubled woman many years his junior. A series of setbacks lead him to seek solace in a different world, a place he creates in his confused mind, a place that is much more rewarding than what we call reality. Set in Detroit, New Jersey, New Zealand and Los Angeles, the story unfolds with abundant detail, considerable tension and a touch of eroticism.
