Words and phrases, hints and ideas. Let's not get too deep and philosophical. This is poetry with a lifetime thrown in. Neil Stanners has done many things. He writes books for example. And as that process slowly took place he also penned an occasional poem, smiled, put it with others in a leather binder and moved on. One day he opened the binder and was pleased with what he saw. Perhaps mixed with a little melancholy. He wondered if others might enjoy the works. Will they sweep the world and create much excitement? It is doubtful. But if you are one of the brave and thoughtful who will know the secrets and clues within then it has all been worthwhile.
