A princess is locked in a tower by her father, a cruel king who doesn't want anyone to marry her. Fortunately, the fairy godmother entrusts her rescue to the knight Gaspard. On his trusty steed, Gaspard rides to the tower of the wicked witch, guarded by a terrifying fire-breathing dragon! So far, everything seems to be going well... But Gaspard forgets his lines, is replaced by an understudy, then by a supporting actor who makes strange wishes that the princess doesn't quite agree with...
