This short collection of texts consists of twenty significant historical documents from the 9th to the 13th century that detail the division of the Frankish Kingdom and the establishment of ecclesiastical governance among the Slavic peoples. The first document, a charter from 817 AD, delineates territorial allocations to two brothers, Pippin and Hludowicus, emphasizing their authority in ecclesiastical matters. Many of these documents relate to the Bohemian churches' relationship with the Papacy and the broader German Empire.
