Lot 5 has been produced since 2016 from the El Granito Vineyard, planted in 2010 on the banks of the Maipo River and very close to the sea (four kilometers away), in an area of gentle slopes with marine terrace soils with gravel on the surface. It was aged for 10 months in a combination of cement and wooden vessels, and the result is deep in flavors of white fruits, along with herbs and some spices. What is most striking is the soft texture, the firm, nervy acidity, and the deep flavors in a white that drinks well now, but that will evolve toward greater complexity with a few years in the bottle. Score - 98.
