Two people are holding flute and blowing into it, one is producing some irritating sound and another is playing a sweet music out of his flute. What may be the difference in their efforts? Both are putting in their efforts but one is found useless and creating a noise whereas another one is producing a sound which is desirable and soothing to ears! One knows how to play music out of his flute and another one does not know; the difference in their efforts is the Skill. We all remain in action throughout our life and perform actions with required skill for our livelihood and/or for pleasure like sports or music. Though all Chefs know how to cook but very few can make good and tasty food. Similarly this fact is also true about sports person that all athletes can play but all athletes cannot be champions. There is long and laborious process between a performer and a perfectionist. This process includes Knowledge of the job, Skill, Consistent and dedicated Practice which is as per efforts of the performer yet the devotion towards the Job is crucial to achieve the Perfection. The learning of skill regarding any job or profession has crucial factors which make the performance as perfect and worthy of glory.
