This is a very fragrant riesling with classic honey, beeswax, linden blossom, a hint of petrol and flint from the stony soils of the Kamptal in the upper Danube. It is medium weight and quite rich and smooth, yet there is a great seam of acidity and minerality. Almost spritzed, with some bitterness on the finish. Excellent length and great value.
