Pretty soon, people are turning up dead and Bubba is all shook up. "Lonely Street" was the basis for the 2009 Hollywood film of the same name, starring Jay Mohr, Robert Patrick and Joe Mantegna. Tony Hillerman called the book "a wonderful new entry in the private eye field."
