This book was written while in a raw and vulnerable place. It captures the lowest and highest of emotions. The low points were extremely low, while the high moments were the highest possible. It comes from a space of needing to learn how to depend on oneself and figuring out how to do that. It comes with lessons and heartbreak to get there, but eventually, you find yourself there, and there is no looking back.
