Hellena is a modern day young woman who lives a lonely life and enjoys the rain, the black cats, Poe' s writings and old scented perfumes. Suddenly she finds herself thrown in the past, a gloomy 1903 Paris, surrounded by all the things she secretly adores. After the initial shock, she meets several comical characters that make her laugh and dance, she forms alliances with the servants and falls in love with a pale french aristocrat named Louis, who strangely resembles a vampire. But there's more to him then meets the eye,as she soon finds out. What will happen to her when she returns to her own time?
