Lunch With Love started with a simple act of love between a mother and her children and became the insightful collection of quotes that form this book. Author Magdalena Murphy would write inspiring quotes on Post-it notes and place them in her children's lunch kits. The idea to write the book came after Magda heard from her daughter that her friends were looking forward to seeing what note she had in her lunch every day. The notes are meant to be cut out and shared daily to foster positivity, productivity and love-a love for others and self-love-at mealtime.
