This mature icewine has evolved into a deep golden/bronze. It has generous, lavish nose of peach-papaya fruit, honey, candied ginger, spice and spearmint. Almost a maple syrup undertow as well. It is very full bodied/unctuous, very sweet, thick yet poised, satiny and sophisticated. There is some not unusual for icewine acetone, but not a detractor for me. This is a really magnificent wine.
