Sweet and concentrated on the palate, this is a rich and very precise, tightly structured and persistent Spätlese with laser-sharp acidity that is imbedded into the dense, elegant and persistently salty Spätlese fruit. This is a great terroir wine?in 20 years?and I don't see much sense in opening it a moment sooner. Score - 94.
