Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment provides targeted relief with an advanced formula designed to penetrate deep and soothe discomfort from cold sores and severe dryness. It contains four active medications to alleviate pain and itching, while its hydrating emollient base softens and restores moisture to cracked lips. - Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment contains medications to provide temporary relief from the pain and itching of lip sores and blisters. The moisture and emollient base in Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment hydrates and softens lips to alleviate cracking and seriously dry lips. Beauty professionals also routinely use Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment to return a smooth texture to lips before applying colour. To use as a lipstick base, apply liberally, leave on for five minutes, then remove excess and apply colour.
- Directions: Apply to lips liberally 3 or 4 times daily. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use on children less than 2 years of age.
