In 2013, amidst gentrification, and the evolution of a culturally diverse place, something is causing a major disturbance in Brooklyn. Deaths are happening daily as the borough is under attack. And right on cue, enter our friends at the 23rd Precinct as they are still fighting for justice and punishing all who contribute to crime. This time around, however, the detectives have their work cut out for them as suspects barely leave any trace of solid evidence behind. With four new members now apart of the homicide unit, detectives Lane and Fisher must put a stop to the madness before everything spirals out of control. But with time being of the essence and a new era dawning upon them, will the detectives once again be able to save the day while living long enough to tell the tale?
