Billy Butler just can't seem to stay out of the slammer, placing him on the MOST WANTED list. In his search for a partner obstacles arise left and right making his life a living hell. It doesn't help that his sister, Mirna, and Kato have stopped speaking to Billy because of a simple misunderstanding. And then there's the trip to Portland with The Bunny Hill Riders which turns into a disaster when an earthquake hits and his room looks none too stable. His life is a ticking time bomb against Mother Nature and time is running short.
