Jacob Miller was a young man that had been raised in a supportive and loving home in North Carolina. His father was a veteran of the United States Air Force and had introduced him to a life of volunteer service with an organization that provided leadership, survival and developmental skills. Jacob had fun on his adventures but did not see the connection with his every day life until that cold winter day when he was stranded on a mountain side and was forced to apply all of his life lessons.
