L-methionine, 50 mg
Pantothenic acid, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), 30 mg
Silicon from horsetail aerial parts extract (Equisetum arvense L.), 14 mg
Zinc (as zinc oxide), 10 mg
Copper (as copper II sulfate), 1 mg
Biotin, 0.48 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, L-cysteine hydrochloride, croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and silicon dioxide.
Recommended Use: Adults, take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
