No Mo' Abuse is a collection of poems written by Ann Heir for women in abusive relationships. This collection includes poems including a narrative poem titled "Rally of a Warrior" detailing a scene from Heir's own experience with abuse, along with poems written in various styles that encourage readers to get to know God ("Who Are You God?"), find freedom from abuse ("Be Free"), find their life purpose ("A Long Journey"), and go make a difference ("The Aftermath"). Poems included in this collection are written to move readers from an abusive relationship to knowing God to healing. Readers are encouraged to begin a life free from abuse. Ann is a graduate of Bethune Cookman University and Jacksonville University, where she received a Master of Arts in Teaching Educational Leadership. She is an assistant principal with Duval County Public Schools. Her goal is to impact lives.
