Five high school friends---a former athlete, nerds and brainiacs--solve a major school board computer crime, all while preparing their history presentation on the War of 1812.between Britain and America. The mixed race, LGBTQ+ and heterosexual group works together tp figure out "who done it" and to put fowrd the best presentation possible. There are twists and turns in both aspects of the novel.
