One Focus Christian Poetry is inspired by the Word of God and shared to glorify God in His Son Jesus. In this sin-sick fallen world the Lord Jesus Christ taught His disciples that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), the only hope to reach His Father in Heaven. ABOVE ALL a sovereign HOLY GOD oversees and directs; every people group and every nation is under His supreme authority. The prophet Isaiah of Old put it this way: “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways... As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it flourish... so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is My word that goes out from My mouth. See Genesis 1:3 Without the holy light of truth humanity remains in darkness, BUT GOD our Father made it possible in His Son for all His children to see, believe, and be saved. The Word of God is LIGHT! Light reveals what is hidden in darkness and enables right vision, and knowledge of His perfect will. In the New, the Holy Spirit expounds on the Light of Jesus through John the Apostle: “The Word gave life to everything created, and His life brought light to everyone.
