Our furry little friend Panda is sleeping peacefully in the neighborhood zoo until he is startled awake by a storm. He is excited and decides that he wants to be a weatherman. He wakes up his wise, old friend Owl who has to educate him on everything he needs to do in order to predict the weather. Through Panda Wants To Be A Weatherman, children will learn some of the tasks and responsibilities of weather forecasting and conversations between them, their parents and their teachers will be generated.
