Mr. Gooding has attempted to include poems that are easily understood and readily associated with one's daily life and circumstances. Because of its diversity, he hopes this book will be appealing to everyone. He also attempted to share his own life experiences--good, bad and indifferent--in a way that is clear and tasteful to the reader. Mostly, all of his work deals with reality, personal concept of how things are, the way he thinks things should be, and ultimately, the way he thinks things should turn out. Mr. Gooding is fortunate enough to have had parents that were not only Christians but also ministers. Because of his religious background and upbringing, his insights are critical when engaged in relations of husband and wife, family, friends and associates. He hopes that when you read his work, you will enjoy it as much as he did creating it. Maybe in some small way, you too may be inspired to reach out to someone, if you haven't already.
